Description

Properly dispose of SemaphoreSlim resources by implementing IDisposable pattern in PodcastDatabaseService.

Files Affected

Castr/Services/PodcastDatabaseService.cs

Implementation

public class PodcastDatabaseService : IPodcastDatabaseService, IDisposable
{
    private readonly SemaphoreSlim _dbLock = new(1, 1);
    private bool _disposed;
    
    // ... existing code ...
    
    public void Dispose()
    {
        if (_disposed) return;
        
        _dbLock?.Dispose();
        _disposed = true;
    }
}

Also update the interface and registration if needed.
