Description

The Settings page at /settings only displays a placeholder message: "Settings interface coming in Phase 3"

Current State

Components/Pages/Settings.razor contains only:

Required Features

Settings page should allow configuration of:

Application Settings

Toggle dark/light mode preference (persist)
Configure default polling interval
Set default audio quality for downloads

Feed Defaults

Default language for new feeds
Default file extensions
Default category

System Information (read-only)

Database path
Version information
Storage usage

Danger Zone

Clear activity log
Reset all feeds (with confirmation)

Files
