Add comprehensive integration tests for the new EF Core data access layer to ensure reliability across all supported database providers.

Test Project Setup

Create a new test project:

Completed: Added 21 integration tests for EF Core repositories covering all CRUD operations, edge cases (non-existent records, duplicates), timestamp handling, and query filtering. Test coverage at 79.5% line, 70.48% branch, 86.33% method.
