Summary

When a feed has no ImageUrl configured, the RSS channel image now falls back to the latest episode's ThumbnailUrl
If no episode has a ThumbnailUrl, falls back to the latest episode's embedded art URL
Feed's own ImageUrl still takes priority when set (no change to existing behavior)

Test plan

Feed with explicit ImageUrl continues to use it (no regression)
Feed without image URL uses latest episode's ThumbnailUrl in channel image elements
When multiple episodes have thumbnails, the latest (highest DisplayOrder) wins
Falls back to embedded art URL when no ThumbnailUrl is available
All 14 PodcastFeedServiceTests pass
