    Add per-feed date and keyword filters to YouTube sync.

    • Download-after date: only download videos uploaded on/after a cutoff (calendar-date, inclusive).
    • Include keywords: if set, a video title must match at least one (whole-word, case-insensitive).
    • Exclude keywords: any title match disqualifies the video (exclude wins over include).

    Filtered videos are tracked in a new skipped_videos table so they don't re-clog the per-poll download queue; editing any filter re-admits previously-skipped videos. The date filter applies to both freshly downloaded and already-on-disk files. Clear & Resync clears skip rows and reports the count.
