    Wire the download queue so the /downloads panel reflects real download activity.

    • PlaylistWatcherService now enqueues each video and transitions it queued -> downloading -> completed/failed, broadcasting each step over SignalR.
    • Added a per-video catch so one failed download no longer goes unhandled; the loop continues.
    • DownloadAudioAsync reports real progress and surfaces real error messages on failure.
    • Per-call DI scopes for thread-safe queue writes under concurrent downloads.
    • Added queue cleanup (7d completed / 30d failed retention) and repository + watcher integration tests.
